Feral
pigs
Rooting up pasture, fouling dams, taking lambs. Taken at night and harvested whole.
For landholders across southern NSW and north-east Victoria with pigs, deer, kangaroos or rabbits. The harvest pays me, so you don't.
If you have deer, pigs, kangaroos or rabbits on your property, I come at night and harvest them at no cost to you, and they're processed for the table. Other pests can be handled alongside at no further cost.

VIC Game Harvesting, for human consumption
Rooting up pasture, fouling dams, taking lambs. Taken at night and harvested whole.
Fallow, red and sambar through crops, pasture and fences. The biggest part of the work, and the biggest part of what keeps it free.
Competing with stock for feed and water. Harvested inside quota, tagged, and taken humanely.
Warrens through the channel banks and sandy rises, paddocks eaten bare. Taken and harvested.
Lambing losses and the chook shed. Handled free, because the rest of the night already paid for the trip.
Stock losses you can't afford to wait on. Same deal as foxes: free, alongside the harvest work.
You don't need to be there on the night, and nothing I take is left rotting in your paddocks.
What happens after the shotTell me what's on your place, roughly where it is, and what damage you're seeing.
Gates, stock, houses, neighbours, no-shoot zones and safe directions, all written down. You sign a permission, I keep a record book for your property.
Quietly, with thermal, one animal at a time, and every gate left as I found it.
Pigs, deer, roos and rabbits are dressed, tagged to your property, chilled the same night and off to VIC Game Harvesting.
Numbers, paddocks, sign seen and what needs following up, after every visit.
Purpose-built tray on the 4WD, carrying 19 deer or 30 kangaroos in a night.
Silent through the paddocks. Game doesn't hear it coming, your stock doesn't get stirred up, and nobody in the house wakes at two in the morning.
Thermal to find, glass to identify. Nothing gets shot that hasn't been named first, with your stock in the next paddock.
Stainless gambrels, clean knives, wash-down and a boot wash on board for properties with something to protect.
Gates, no-shoot zones, hazards, stock and every animal taken, kept with your signed permission.
Firearms licence, game harvesting paperwork and public liability. Current, carried, and shown at your gate if you ask.
Albury sits right on the border, so a night's work can start on New South Wales river flats and finish on a Victorian hill. Anywhere within about 250 kilometres is a single night's work: the Murray flats, the slopes up toward Holbrook and Wagga, and the foothills running into the high country. Further out I'll still come — it just stops being one night and turns into a few.
More properties on the books across both states, and every one of them better off for having me there.
A chiller and depot of my own in Albury. More room each night, more properties covered, less distance between the shot and the cold room.
Processing my own wild game and selling them off my own shelves. Nothing changes hands between the paddock and the counter.
Tell me what's on your place and roughly where. I'll come out and walk it with you before anything else happens.
Everything I take off your place is food, so it is handled like food from the moment it drops to the moment it reaches VIC Game Harvesting.
One animal at a time, identified before it is taken. Kangaroos to the national code.
Bled and dressed on the spot, off the ground, clean knives, out of the dirt. Anything not fit for the table is dealt with the way we agreed.
A numbered tag with the property, the date and the time goes on before it leaves the paddock.
Carried clear of the ground in the open night air, cooling while the night goes on. Nineteen deer or thirty kangaroos to a load.
The night's work goes in together once I am finished. Never more than twelve hours from the first animal, and never more than two hours after sunrise, whichever comes first.
Delivered with its paperwork and processed for human consumption. Your pest problem ends up as someone's dinner.
